Buildt
Buildt is an AI-powered IDE extension for VS Code that enables developers to perform highly contextual and semantic searches within their codebases. Leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced embeddings, it understands code functionality beyond simple text matches, helping developers quickly find and understand code snippets across large or legacy projects. Buildt parses code using TreeSitter to analyze individual functions and classes, allowing precise search results and enabling features like code refactoring and generation directly within the IDE. Currently in beta and free to use, Buildt plans a future subscription model and aims to support more IDEs and languages.
